INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY OFFICE

Ang Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Office ay may mahalagang tungkulin sa pagpapaunlad ng mga sistemang teknolohikal upang mapabilis at mapahusay ang paghahatid ng serbisyo publiko. Tungkulin nitong pangasiwaan ang mga proyektong may kinalaman sa computer systems, internet connectivity, at digital records management ng munisipyo. Sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng makabagong teknolohiya, natutulungan ng ICT Office ang iba’t ibang tanggapan ng LGU na maging mas episyente, transparent, at konektado sa publiko. Layunin nitong isulong ang digital transformation para sa mas maayos at makabagong pamahalaang lokal.
Accomplishments
· Crafted and implemented the Information Security Policy
· System Developed and Implemented:
- Enhancement of Violation Monitoring System into a comprehensive General Citation Monitoring System, digitalizing traffic violations monitoring.
- Established and launched the Integrated Human Resource Information System (IHRIS) on the Second Semester of Year 2025.
· Successfully passed the 2nd ISO Surveillance Audit with zero non-conformities, reflecting organizational unity and adherence to standards.
· Implemented local cloud and file backup facilities for Rural Health Units 2 and 3 to protect files from ransomware and data loss threats.
· Digital payment solutions for market stalls, business permits, and traffic violations, promoting cashless transactions in coordination with GCash.
Plans (optional to include if other offices will also do)
· Will sign Agreement with GCash for the Enhanced Bayambang Community Service Card with financial component for easier disbursement of financial assistance.
· Conduct Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP) training and finalize LGU PSCP to ensure continuity of essential LGU services even in times of disaster.
