History of Barangay Zone 2
The town proper of Bayambang was once a sole district. When the officials realized that the town proper is quite big to be governed by one official, they decided to divide it into several barangays. Zone 2 is the heart of the Poblacion Proper, it is here where the Municipal Hall, the Police Station, and the former Bayambang Central School is located. It also became a center of business and trades because of several business establishments, banks, and mall operating in the area.
