De Guzman house, Poblacion
This is reportedly the residence of the first mayor (then called President) of Bayambang, Don Gavino de Guzman. With the house built in the 1930s, its architecture is of course in the American colonial style.
Among Don Gavino's children are Dr. Orlando de Guzman (a medical doctor) and several teachers including Dr. Clarita D.G. Jimenez (former PSU college dean).
