BARANGAY HISTORY OF MANAMBONG NORTE and
MANAMBONG SUR
A long time ago, there was a family living in
a simple home in this place, the family of Mang Ambong. His family owned all
the lots, and they had abundant food and raised many poultry. Living in Mang Ambong’s
place was thus greatly satisfying.
Soon, more people wanted to live in Mang
Ambong’s place, wanting the same bountiful living. As time went by, this place was
called Barangay Manambong Norte and Barangay Manambong Sur.
