 ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT  OF MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE

FROM JULY 1, 2024 to JULY 30, 2025

 

 Ang Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) ay isa sa mga pangunahing tanggapan ng lokal na pamahalaan na responsable sa pagpaplano at pagpapatupad ng mga programa at proyekto para sa kaunlaran ng bayan. Tungkulin nitong bumuo ng mga plano sa pag-unlad pang-ekonomiya, panlipunan, at pangkapaligiran batay sa pangangailangan ng komunidad. Kabilang din sa kanilang gawain ang pagsasagawa ng pananaliksik, pagsusuri ng datos, at pagbibigay ng teknikal na tulong sa iba’t ibang opisina upang matiyak na ang mga proyekto ay naaayon sa pangmatagalang layunin ng pamahalaan. Sa pamamagitan nito, nagiging gabay ang MPDO sa maayos at sistematikong pag-unlad ng munisipalidad.

● Bayambang received 3^rd Place in Infrastructure Pillar in 2024 Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI).

● Bayambang received the GeoRiskPH Award for Best Practices Municipality.

● Conducted quarterly Municipal Development Council Meetings.

● Clients Served in Locational/Zoning Clearance – 89 applicants served (as of July 30, 2025)

● Formulated the Municipal Water Supply and Sanitation Master Plan of the Municipality and Approved by DILG-Central Office on June 10, 2025.

● Conducted surveys for the formulation of the Local Public Transportation Route Plan 2025-2029

 

FIRST 100 DAYS OF MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE

 

● Formulated State of Local Governance Summary of the Municipality and submitted to DILG on July 23, 2025.

● Bayambang Top 5 Most Business-Friendly LGU for 2025 awarded by Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).

● LGU-Bayambang recognized Maturity Level 2 indicators for Performance Management  under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) by CSC Regional Office 1

● Clients Served in Locational/Zoning Clearance – 30 applicants served from July 1 -October 20, 2025.

● Conducted MDC Meeting for 3^rd Quarter of 2025 on September 18, 2025. Annual Investment Program was presented and approved by the council.

● Preliminary Presentation of 2024 Census of Population – Community Based Monitoring System (POPCEN-CBMS) – September 11, 2025.

● Approved Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 1 by Sangguniang Panlalawigan on August 4, 2025.
