 PUBLIC ORDER AND SAFETY SERVICES

 Ang Bayambang Public Safety Office (BPSO) ay may mandatong tiyakin ang kaayusan, kaligtasan, at kapayapaan sa buong bayan ng Bayambang. Ang tanggapan ay responsable sa pagpapatupad ng mga batas-trapiko, pagmamantine ng seguridad sa mga pampublikong lugar, at maagap na pagtugon sa mga insidente o emerhensiya. Katuwang ang iba’t ibang ahensya, patuloy na isinusulong ng BPSO ang disiplinado at ligtas na komunidad para sa lahat ng Bayambangueño. Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang tapat na serbisyo, naipapamalas ang malasakit ng Pamahalaang Lokal sa kapakanan ng bawat mamamayan. 

A. AMBULANCE /PTV ASSISTANCE (July 1, 2024 - October 15, 2025)

· 2,705 total number of catered patients

· Vehicular accidents – 526

· Transfer (inter-hospital) –760

· Resident to hospital – 1,243

· Outside Pangasinan - 176

 

B. CCTV OPERATION

· Number of barangays with installed CCTV cameras - 43

· Number of LGU facilities with CCTV cameras -   9

· Number of installed CCTV cameras owned by the LGU - 197

· Number of reviewed footage as requested by PNP   - 143

 

C. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

· 10,996 violators were apprehended:

· Riding a motorcycle without protective helmet – 4,399

· Driving without license / Expired license -  3,568

· Disregarding traffic signs -    858

· Illegal parking / Obstruction –   812

· Failure to carry OR/CR, No OR/CR, Expired OR/CR -    371                

· Failure to obey police order –   577

· Colorum / No franchise -    162

· Driving under the influence of liquor                                -     98

· Unregistered motorcycle                                                    -     75

· Others (modified muffler, no side mirror, arrogant driver, etc) –    76

 

        

D. SECURITY OPERATION

Ø Provided security in 11 LGU facilities as follows:

· Provided crowd control, security, traffic, and ambulance assistance for 133 NGO and LGU activities as follows:

· motorcades

· Komprehensibong Serbisyo sa Bayan in different barangays

· Oplan Kaluluwa

· Paskuhan 2024

· Town fiesta

· Holy week

· Local election

· Others

· Conducted Fire Safety and Basic First Aid Seminar for BPSO security personnel and lay rescuers

 

E. TASK FORCE DISIPINA  

· Continuous implementation of Task Force Disiplina within the discipline zone covering the barangays of Zone I-VII, MH Del Pilar, Cadre Site, Magsaysay, Bani, Tambac, Poblacion Sur, Bical Norte, Bical Sur, and Telbang boundary.

· Launched the Task Force Disiplina on 01 August 2025

· Orientation Seminar of Task force Disiplina on July 28-30, 2025

· Meeting with TODA on July 18, 2025
