Ang Municipal Legal Office ng Bayambang ay patuloy na nagsisilbing sandigan ng lokal na pamahalaan sa mga usaping legal, bilang katuwang sa pagpapatupad ng batas at pagbibigay ng tamang payong legal. Sa loob ng ulat na ito, makikita ang kanilang aktibong paglahok sa mga pagdinig sa korte, paghahain ng mga legal na dokumento, at pagbibigay ng konsultasyong legal sa mga kawani at mamamayan. Sa pamamagitan ng maagap at matapat na serbisyo, pinatitibay ng tanggapan ang disiplina at pagkakaisa tungo sa isang maayos, makatarungan, at maunlad na pamahalaang lokal.
LEGAL REPRESENTATION, FILING OF PLEADINGS, COMPLIANCE WITH THE ORDERS OF THE COURT AND QUASI-JUDICIAL AGENCIES
ü Attended seventeen (17) committee/court hearings before the Regional Trial Court (RTC), San Carlos City (Branches 56 and 77); the Municipal Trial Court (MTC), Bayambang, Pangasinan; the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC), Dagupan City (Branch 3); and Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall
ü Filed before the Municipal Trial Court of Bayambang, Pangasinan the Complaint for Recovery of Ownership of Land/Accion Reivindicatoria with Damages against the illegal occupants of the Magsaysay property owned by the Municipal Government of Bayambang, Pangasinan, docketed as Civil Case No. 1049
ü Prepared and assisted in the signing of the Conditional Sale between Mr. Willy Chua and the Local Government Unit (LGU) relative to the Bayambang Central School site

ü Assisted the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) in providing legal services during the 'LAB for All' project initiated by our First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos.
ü Assisted the Provincial Sheriff of the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 57, San Carlos City, in the implementation of the Writ of Demolition at Zamora St., Poblacion, Bayambang, Pangasinan.
ü Provided legal opinion on the application of the relevant provisions of R.A. 10173 on the documents requested by a BPLO client
ü Assisted in the preparation and filing of a formal complaint against unauthorized talipapa vendors in Barangay Nalsian Sur, which was successfully submitted to the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in San Carlos City
ü Assisted the Punong Barangay of Malioer during the signing of the MOA with Coni-IT Poultry Farm
