 PROPERTY ASSESSMENT SERVICES

 Ang Municipal Assessor ang siyang pangunahing ahensiya ng Pamahalaang Lokal na responsable sa pagtatasa at pagtatakda ng patas na halaga ng mga ari-ariang di-natitinag at iba pang uri ng ariarian bilang batayan sa pagbubuwis. Layunin ng tanggapan na matiyak ang maayos, tapat, at epektibong pamamahala ng mga rekord ng real property sa bayan. Kabilang sa mga pangunahing serbisyong ibinibigay nito ang pagtatasa ng mga ari-arian, paglilipat ng pagmamay-ari ng lupa, pag-isyu ng Certified True Copy ng Tax Declaration at iba pang sertipikasyon, paglalabas ng Real Property Tax Order of Payment (RPTOP), at pagsusuri ng mga ari-arian. Umabot sa 14,360 serbisyo ang naihatid sa nasabing panahon, patunay ng tuloy-tuloy na pagsisikap ng tanggapan tungo sa transparency, kahusayan, at de-kalidad na paglilingkod publiko.

· The Municipal Assessor’s Office, headed by OIC-Municipal Assessor Atty. Bayani B. Brillante Jr., attended a three-day training-workshop conducted on May 21-23, 2025, in Lingayen, Pangasinan, in relation to the implementation of Republic Act 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), that aims to establish a uniform, fair, and transparent real property valuation system in the country, as well as to update and standardize property valuation practices based on accepted standards, ensuring accuracy in assessments and promoting equitable taxation.

· Conducted data gathering activity from real property owners in 77 barangays as part of the preparatory activities for the formulation of the New Schedule of Market Values (SMV) and the implementation of the General Revision on Property Assessments and Classifications, in compliance with RA 12001 (RPVARA).
