Ang Persons with Disability (PWD) Welfare Services ng Bayan ng Bayambang ay patuloy na nagsusulong ng mga programang naglalayong mapabuti ang kalagayan ng mga kababayan nating may kapansanan. Kabilang sa mga pangunahing serbisyo nito ang pagbibigay ng livelihood at employment assistance, medical at wellness support, assistive devices, at IT empowerment programs. Sa pamamagitan ng mga proyektong ito, patuloy na pinatutunayan ng LGU ang malasakit at pagkalinga nito tungo sa mas inklusibo at produktibong komunidad para sa lahat.
