It's Trivia Time!

Alam ba ninyo na noong nakaraang taon, 2024, ang General Services Office ay nakapagpa-insure sa GSIS ng 99 municipal vehicles sa halagang P1,023,465.12? May pitong (7) bagong biling municipal vehicle ang di na kinailangang i-insure dahil covered pa ito ng 1-year in-house insurance.

Ang GSO ay nakapagpa-rehistro rin sa LTO ng 55 municipal vehicles sa halagang P137,430.00?

Mayroon namang 8 vehicles for disposal at 3 unserviceable vehicles.

Ang GSO ay nakapagpa-insure din sa GSIS ng mga municipal buildings sa Inventory Year 2024, at ang total paid insurance ay P4,070,300.27, kabilang ang mga municipal buildings.

 

Ang departamento ay pinaunlakan din ang mga sumusunod na request:

- 273 Requests sa paggamit ng Events Center.

- 158 Requests para sa logistic service (tables and chairs)

- 13 Requests para sa aircon maintenance at repair (LGU) (July-December 2024)

Nakapag-issue din ang GSO ng:

50 Property Acknowledgement Receipts (PARs), at

426 Inventory Custodian Slips (ICSs)

Ongoing naman ang inventory ng physical count ng PPE o property, plant, and equipment ng LGU at supplies and materials ng LGU, kabilang ang: lands, buildings, vehicles, road networks, office and IT equipment, at disaster response equipment.
