Paskuhan sa Bayambang: The Country’s Biggest Animated Christmas Display

 

Paskuhan sa Bayambang is the country's biggest animated Christmas display. A gift of Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao's family to the people of Bayambang, it ran for four years straight at the Municipal Plaza starting in December 2016, drawing huge crowds.

 

The claim of being the biggest is made by no less than the owners of the technology themselves, the Rosario family of the Cubao COD Christmas display fame.

 

Each run after 2016 had a particular theme: local Christmas traditions in 2017, Rebolusyon Laban sa Kahirapan in 2018, and Disneyland in 2019. But the giant moving display always made use of the Christmas story as basic material. The show ran in 15-minute intervals and used English and Filipino scripts.
