· Newborn Screening Center - Northern Luzon grants Rural Health Unit II-Bayambang recognition for being Top Performing Newborn Screening Facilities – Under Primary Care – Government Category with unsatisfactory rate of 0.00 for 4th quarter of 2021
· LGU, Passer of Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit for 2019: LGU-Bayambang passed again at the DILG's audit for Child-Friendly Local Governance in the year 2019. This is after the LGU complied with the long checklist of requirements, thanks to the hard work of everyone, particularly the members of the Local Council for the Protection of Children, under the good leadership of Team Quiambao-Sabangan.
· RHU I, one of the Top Performing Newborn Screening Primary Care Facilities in Northern Luzon after garnering a 0.0% unsatisfactory rate on 2nd quarter of 2022, given on July 22, 2022 by Newborn Screening Center - Northern Luzon (DOH Region I)
· Pinabli Award given by Philippine Red Cross - Pangasinan Chapter on August 12, 2022, for achieving a total collection of 465 units equivalent to 209,250 ml of blood for the CY 2020-2021 in support of the Blood Services Program of Philippine Red Cross - Pangasinan Chapter
· LGU-Bayambang, One of the Top Performers in VIMS Implementation: The Department of Information and Communications Technology has recognized LGU-Bayambang as one of the Top Performing LGUs in Region I for its careful and timely implementation of the Vaccine Information Management System (VIMS) from the month of July to September 2022.
· MNAO and BNS of Bayambang, No. 1 in Pangasinan: Municipal Nutrition Action Officer Venus Bueno was once again honored as the top Municipal Nutrition Action Officer (MNAO) in the entire province of Pangasinan for the year 2021, and Mrs. Annaliza M. Natividad of Brgy. Sancagulis became the Most Outstanding Barangay Nutrition Scholar throughout the province in the year 2021, per the results of the Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation or MELLPI Pro for 2021 by the Provincial Nutrition Evaluation Team. Bueno won the award in 2020, along with Mrs. Marcelina Macaraeg of Brgy. Bacnono as the top BNS.
· Bayambang, Rated "Beyond Compliant" for Gawad Kalasag: Bayambang was rated by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council as "Beyond Compliant" in the 22nd Gawad KALASAG Seal for Excellence in DRRM and Humanitarian Assistance for Local DRRM Councils and Offices. There were 135 "Beyond Compliant" and 436 "Fully Compliant" LGU awardees, and Bayambang is one of the only 5 out of 48 municipalities and cities of Pangasinan that made it to this most prestigious recognition.
· Bayambang Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council is one of the 27 towns in Pangasinan that were among the High Functionality scores in the Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit held in 2021 for Region I
· Audiovisual Documentation of LGU Service Delivery, Recognized by DILG: DILG Region I awarded LGU-Bayambang for its "exceptional contributions" to the "Documentation of Local Governance Models for Service Delivery." It is a recognition of the quality of the audiovisual presentations that LGU makes to inform the people of the programs and projects of the administration. OIC Regional Director Agnes A. de Leon awarded the representatives of the MTCAO and BPRAT under the leadership of Dr. Rafael L. Saygo on December 22 at the Awesome Hotel, San Juan, La Union.
· RHU I, 2nd Runner-up in DOH-CHD R1 Family Planning Contest: RHU I won as the 2nd runner-up in the Family Planning Contest, where the best practice of the LGU in family planning was presented through essay writing and photos or artwork. The contest is organized by the Department of Health - Center for Health Development - Region I, with the theme "Bata, Bata, Planado Kang Ginawa."
· Bayambang Awarded Green Banner Seal of Compliance by NNC-RI: Bayambang won awards at the National Nutrition Council-Region I awarding ceremony today, December 7, at Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan. They are the Green Banner Seal of Compliance, Outstanding Local Nutrition Action Officer first runner-up in Region I, Most Outstanding Barangay Nutrition Scholar finalist in Region I, and a special award Consistent F1K Adopter.
· RHU I Receives New Accolades: RHU I received new accolades during the DOH Region I's Gawad Kalusugan held in Ariana Resorts, Bauang, La Union, December 12.
- Palbayani Award or DOH Bayani ng Kalusugan Award for "exemplary work, innovation, and reforms towards universal health care"
- Exemplary Awardee 2022 for its "excellent implementation of its Newborn Screening Program"
- Bannuar iti Salun-at Award for "its outstanding support for and commitment in the implementation of the Pharmaceutical Management Systems Programs," making it the region's best implementer
· 12th Provincial Health Summit and LGU Scorecard Awarding and Recognition, February 10, Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan:
- Improved LGU on Surpassing National Average on All Health Scorecard Indicators (sole recipient in Pangasinan)
- Bayambang Municipal Nutrition Committee: Green Banner Award sole recipient in Pangasinan) and Best LGU Implementer in Nutrition Program through MELLPI Pro
- Bayambang MNAO Venus M. Bueno: 2021 Municipal Nutrition Action Officer of the Year
- Brgy. Sancagulis Barangay Nutrition Scholar Analiza M. Natividad: 2021 Barangay Nutrition Scholar of the Year
· Good Financial Housekeeping Passer in DILG's Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH) audit for 2022
· CMCI Awardee for 2023 at the Regional Awarding for Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index of the Department of Trade and Industry, February 15, 2023, J&V Function Hall, Sevilla, San Fernando City, La Union: Top 11 nationwide (from Top 16 in 2021) in Resiliency Pillar and Top 16 nationwide (from Top 39 in 2021) in Government Efficiency Pillar for 1st-2nd class municipalities
